Terms & Conditions

General

• Please note we require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations otherwise the single session fee may be payable or if you are on a course, one class could be automatically deducted.

• Once sessions/courses are booked no refunds are available.
• All sessions are valid for 12 months from sale and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If you cannot continue a course for medical reasons, we will require a letter from your Doctor and your course will be refunded minus the sessions you have already completed.
• Pre 9am and Saturday sessions must be paid for in advance.
• Vibratility Fitness reserves the right to refuse admission/membership.
• If any of your medical circumstances change please tell us, as soon as possible, especially if you become pregnant.

 NARL Ultra-Lipo

• In order for the NARL Ultra-Lipo machine to be most effective the whole course of sessions should be completed regularly and in a short a time as possible. 
• Please note long gaps in the course of the treatment, could stop the results being as effective.

Membership

• The Vibratility Fitness membership provides three 25 minute Power Plate sessions a week for a minimum of 12 months.
• The first payment of £60 is made at the time of membership sign up by either credit card, cash or cheque.
• £60 should reach the Vibratility Fitness account on the 10th of every month by standing order.  The Vibratility Fitness standing order form should be send to your bank.  If, by the second month, no standing order is in place then full fee will be payable for all previous sessions.
• There are no refunds available on the membership and this cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• A medical form must be completed.
• The sessions cannot be carried over to the next week if not used.
• If you do not turn up to a booked class, it will be deducted from your allocation for that week.
• The sessions cannot be shared or allocated to anyone else.
