We run two types of sessions:-
10 minute session normally consists of strength exercises only.
25 minute session gives you the full benefit of the Power Plate including warm up, strength exercises, stretching, massage & relaxation.
Please turn up 5 minutes before each session (10 minutes before your first class to complete our health questionnaire which can be downloaded here). |
| No need for special clothing as long as you have free movement and please have trainers or socked feet. |

£15 for 10 minutes.
For maximum effect the manufacturers recommend a course of 12 sessions for each area to be targeted.
We offer a 12 sessions course for £150.00 |
| We take debit cards, cheque or cash. We also take credit cards but a £1.50 surcharge will be added. |
| Remember, there is no membership or joining fees, no sweaty gym, no need to change your clothes, one to one tuition and a cross trainer available for your use at no extra charge, and it only takes 30 minutes out of your day. |
