The pads emit a specific,safe frequency ultrasound that stimulates the production of the hormone Noradrenaline. This will only be burned off by immediate exercise, so for maximum effect follow a 10 minute NARL session with a 25 minute cession on the Power Plate. A course of 12 sessions is recommended, with the additional benefit of being able to use the machine twice a day, every day of the week if necessary, which makes it ideal if you have a social event or occasion and only a limited amount of time. |
